Factory Furniture were approached to 'realise' a design brief. The project was composed of 3 elements - a bridge, a feeder wall and seating. The 'bridge' is a structure composed of 2 ramps and a set of steps that provide disabled access to onto an area of raised decking. The contemporary angular design of its surrounding cladded walls combines function with a striking sculpted form. The feeder wall is a unit to house various gas, electrical and waste services. Elements of the angular bridge design are echoed in that of the feeder wall. The seating is a modular system based on our popular Boort design.
